Day 1 Cultural Fusion Quilts Blog Tour and a Giveaway

Day One is here!

I am excited to kick off the blog tour for Cultural Fusion Quilts. After two and half years of working on it, now I get to share all the quilts and explain my point of view on quilting. Each day, I will be posting a quilt from the book or things that inspire me. Don't forget to come visit me while the tour is on.

I am really fortunate to have such great authors, designers hosting the tour. Honestly, I am quite curious to hear what they will have to say about my book. So I will be hopping from blog to blog along with you all.

Each blogger will accept the comments for five days before picking the winner at random.org

Please make sure that you are not a no-reply blogger. We need to be able to reach you if you win.The host will contact you for your address so that C&T publishing can mail you a copy of the book. If you live outside the U.S. you will receive an e-book. So do not hesitate to leave a comment.

First stop is C&T Publishing. So head on over there for your chance for today to win the book.

Oh and one more thing!

I made this quilt as a gift to celebrate the blog tour. I will do a bit more of hand stitching on it today and sign it when it's finished. Please leave a comment if you would like to win it.

In your comment, let me know what is the first thing you noticed when you saw it.

  1. The first thing I noticed was the color - pink and green! So cheerful, I really did literally smile. Then I noticed the lovely multi-colored, cross hatched fabric in the center square - scrumptious :) I actually have started following you because Exuberant Color is making the quilt that is on the front of your book. It is such a great quilt! Congratulations on your book being published and out in the world! Exciting times! Good luck with it - I know I want to rush out and buy it! Magistra13 at yahoo dot com
